		<description>It&#039;s the truth the rates will go up and not to far down the road I am sure by the end of the year.  A 40 year mortgage sounds like a thing of the past.  I think coming up with 25% of the loan as cash and financing the rest is also difficult but I do agree one income should be the plan of payment.</description>
